"The open concept of the common area is wonderful. We had coffee every day on the screened balcony. Bedrooms were a good size even the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked. We got our steps in with the two staircases! We were told by some people from Louisiana that they were there to evaluate the area that their company is coming in to add 250 feet to the beach. This should help with the area washed away in front of the building. We had a wonderful time and will definitely visit this unit again. The only disappointment was the floors did not seem clean when we arrived. The cleaning crew could do a better job of that and checking the light bulbs. Also the dryer needs a good cleaning. It dries really slow. Want to give a shout out to Uptown Bar and Grill as well as Indian Pass Oyster Bar. Both are great places to eat!"

"Nice house, however the 2 flights of stairs wore our legs out ...... would rather stay at a house with only 1 floor..... the neighbors being right beside us on the balcony was a little too close...would rather have more privacy "
