"We had a wonderful 5 nights at Bannisters and one of the highlights was dinner at the Rick Stein restaurant for our wedding anniversary The weather was sunny at the start of the week and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff were always friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to do. We have never been to this area of NSW before and have thoroughly enjoyed our time! Thank you"

"The building design is original & I think very successful.I enjoyed the curves in the building being reflected in the furnishings. The position is amazing. Being next to City Hall & opposite Civic Park, it was a lively scene with several events taking place while we were there. Twice we entertained visitors, & were grateful to the staff for taking them & us up to the restaurant to show them the view, although the floor was officially closed at those times. It is a short walk to the harbour & to Darby St, so we were able to get simple meals when we didn't want the bigger offerings from the hotel, & we could enjoy the ambience in those places."
