"What a lovely place. The staff couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful. Great location, right on the beach! Great for dining, shopping and especially for walking along the boardwalk! The views were fabulous and you could see all the morning surfers! My only disappointment was the noise level at night to try to sleep… if you had the windows open for the cool breeze. It’s not the hotels fault, but cars racing, sirens, voices, street cleaner at 5:11 am, made for a very rough first night. Shut...

"The property is very large as advertised. The pool was dirty and not heated. The owner charges extra to heat the pool. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. "My family and I stayed in Long Beach as we had booked events in LA, along with Anaheim. This location was great as it was halfway between. Also, the area has lots of shopping, close to the pier and beach (walking distance).My boys are older so while the unit only has 2 queen beds, there are a couple of blow up mattresses that can fit in the second room.The hot tub and gym are amazing and not busy.
