"Da wir eine lange Reise hinter uns hatten, übernachteten wir für eine Nacht, um uns auszuruhen. Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der hohen Bewertungen gewählt. Leider blieb es weit unter unseren Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet und es fehlte an Komfort. Als wir zum Abendessen ins Restaurant gingen, war dort ein sehr starker und unangenehmer Essensgeruch, weshalb wir auf das Essen verzichteten. Das einzig Positive war das Personal."

"Room was great and our cleaning lady was amazing. She sung beautifully whilst she worked and was very pleasant.
We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold.

"Check in was an absolute disaster- they had no confirmation of booking from Expedia. They refused to accept my confirmation and requested payments as a holding fee.
Food - hit and miss, had better.
Decent rooms and facilities.
Not for me going forward."
"We stayed at this property last year and enjoyed it that’s why we decided to return this year again. Unfortunately the quality of resort significantly decreased and we won’t be back again - poor food quality , rude staff ( one barmen was always under intoxicated and wanted to fight guests, throwing bottles and forks), cups and silverware was nowhere to be found ( I personally witnessed people poring tea and coffee in soup mugs).
These are just few things to mention
The only good thing I can say is a wonderful, beautiful beach with very clean water

"Service is bad housekeeping comes in as they please also told us to leave half an hour before check out when i complained to reception they said we were not the only ones that it was happening to. They walked in on us 3 times we could have been getting changed or anything really... thats why people have private rooms. Dining is always dirty tables and everyday we walked around at least half an hour looking for somewhere to sit at every meal. Not much is all inclusive alot is extra money and owned privatly inside the hotel. Not even icecream is free only the ones you can get at convinience stores and limited flavours. Just dont stay here."
