"We enjoyed our stay at the Equinox. We enjoyed the meals we had there and the general atmosphere. Front desk staff on Sunday, 2/16, could have been a bit more pleasant and/or helpful. One of the women at the desk was not particularly friendly or helpful in terms of what do with kids in the area during a storm. "We were very happy with our stay. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns as we travel frequently and it is nice to know what kind of service, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations to expect!!! Keep up the great work!!!"

"The hotel staff is efficient and friendly. The room we stayed has non-working drain stoppers in sink and bathtub. But it’s ok for us. Overall the room is comfortable, window A/c is quiet and breakfast is free with basics. It’s 1 min walk to a chain restaurant which we also find convenient."

"Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room was basic, but that was expected due to the age of the building. Clean and sanitized, but definitely needed some “deep” cleaning, like dusting baseboards and taking marks off walls. Overall a good experience and in a great location. Would visit again!"

"The decor is so well done and the common space is perfectly appointed. The fireplace and snowy scenes on the big screen were the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. So close to the restaurants and Mt. Snow!"
