This lovely beach house is perfect for your escape to the coast, with a large deck, ocean views, and nearby beach access! Plus, it has modern conveniences, such as a proper kitchen and flatscreen TVs. Kid-friendly extras include a crib, high chair, and Pack 'n Play.

There is much to do in the area - hiking, biking, and walking the boardwalk to downtown Seaside.
Or stay in and watch the waves roll in. Sometimes whales, dolphins, and other sea life come into the cove, and this home has a front-row seat. The unique side view of the cove presents an unusual scene where you can view surfers shoot by as they ride the waves. Sandy beach access is only .2 miles down the road. Seaside is close by and has much to offer. Boats, kayaks, bikes, motorscooters, and pedal cars are available for rent nearby. You might visit the Aquarium, try zip lines, or play a round of golf.

Being that close to the ocean was fantastic. We spent a lot of time watching the waves & caught seals, a brief glimpse of whales, & of course surfers. It was huge hit with us!

90th birthday celebration
The property was beautiful and well-suited to our family. My four children helped me celebrate my 90th birthday. We played Yahtzee, hiked, walked the beach, ate at Mo's and talked and talked.

Seaside beauty!
This is a very large, clean, comfortable home with spectacular ocean views. Every room is large and comfortable. Large kitchen, two large living rooms. We had seven adults and we each had our own bed, except my son and his wife, who of course shared. Each of the rooms I mentioned were large enough for all of us to gather. The downstairs with its living room and three beds was perfect for my daughter and her two college friends. Then there’s the spectacular ocean views. The home sits about 60’ above the water and there’s a steep path on the property that leads to the rocky shore. Truly a wonderful place to stay!

Impeccable view, but….
Location and view perfect, but, paying over $1000 a night I expected the property to be in better condition. The deck has had a few obvious minor repairs but is in need of more repairs and painting. There were two barbecues in the garage. We had no idea whether they worked or not plus they were filthy. If we wanted to use them, we would have had to move them out to the deck which wouldn’t have been easy plus had to clean them. We had planned on grilling so the situation was disappointing. The garage is dirty and unorganized. We did attempt to use the ping pong table, however part of the garage lighting was burned out so lighting was bad. We tried to open the garage door for more light and circulation but it wouldn’t open. The shower downstairs was not operating which was very inconvenient. Many of the electrical outlets are only two prongs so if you have something you want to plug in that has three prongs, you need to have an adapter which we didn’t have. The tub in the hall bathroom is slow draining when showering. You end up showering in standing water which is uncomfortable. The two high chairs provided were both broken. The front and back yards are in need of a thorough pruning and cleaning along with the house needing a good power washing. I have to commend the cleaning service as the inside of the house was well cleaned. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The furnishings were in good condition. Despite the negatives, we did enjoy our stay but, again, if the owners are going to charge so much per night, the property as a whole should be in a much better overall condition.

Beautiful house! Gorgeous view!
This house was great. Spacious, lots of seating, tons of beds. Gorgeous views. Great location. Only recommendation would be to stock some Kleenex boxes and I wasn’t able to find a cookie sheet that fit the oven. Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing!

More than just a room with a view!
My folks and I stayed for a long-awaited Mother's Day trip. The house was so inviting, unassuming and felt as if we were staying at a friend's beach house. There were even 3 frosty beer mugs waiting for us in the freezer! Touches like that makes you know that your experience matters. Thank you so much!

Great View
This home is in a great location with a beautiful view. It is very spacious yet cozy. Lots of sleeping options for large groups. Only challenge is there are no written directions to operate the television and with 3 different remotes, it proved to be very difficult. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals. The double ovens were a nice surprise!

The house was everything the listing said it would be. Amazing views, plenty of space, and clean. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplaces, but that didn’t effect the great time we had.

This is a huge house with lots of room for all of us. All bedrooms were usable. I was the one who booked this property and was disappointed that there was no flexibility with the checkout time (10 am!) and that the fireplaces pictured in the ad did it work and had vases and decorations permanently placed in them. It’s winter and there is no fire ban that I know of. Spectacular view, cozy couch and fun to walk over to seaside, though. Next time we will try our usual spot that was booked.

Location with a few problems including incorrect listing.
The location of the property is amazing and we all enjoyed being right on the ocean. There were a few problems. First of all, the listing said 4 bathrooms and actually there are 3 1/2 bathrooms. We were a group of 6 college friends celebrating out 80th birthdays. This is a two story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths upstairs. Downstairs were 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Unfortunately when we arrived there was a plastic laminated sign velcroed to the only toilet down stairs that said not to use the toilet. This was totally unsatisfactory. Several calls were made to management and we left for dinner. When we returned there was no indication that a plumber or anyone had been to the house to correct the problem. With a management person on the phone we flushed the toilet and it seemed to work. There was a fly hatch happening in the house of large flies. The second day someone arrived to deal with this issue. The house is nice and was well supplied. We enjoyed our stay even with the issues we encountered.
