"Weekend trip to Seaside and stayed here. Highly recommend it. The oceanfront room with balcony and electric fireplace was perfect for this time of year. It’s right on the Promenade so easy walk to restaurants and shops. Have a nice continental breakfast. Front desk help and cleaning crew all very pleasant. There’s on sight parking and an elevator to bring your things upstairs which was so nice!"

"This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. It is centrally located, easy walk to the surrounding areas. The reason for the lower rating for cleanliness was due to our comforter and sheets smelling like B.O. But the staff was quick about fixing it the next morning. "

"We stayed here with our 4yr old son. The location is perfect. You can walk out of the hotel and be in the heart of seaside attractions. The pool is open 24 hrs. for adults 18 and older. The hotel also has a small bar inside. The riverfront view is a great. Only complaint is the zooms are pretty dark"

"Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. I felt comfortable. The room was beautiful, with two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family. A thoughtful touch was the message we received after check-out, informing us that we could leave the car parked until 3 PM and still use the hotel's amenities. This gave us a chance to relax and have a snack before heading home, which was especially appreciated given the chilly weather outside. I'm not sure if it's the hotel's issue, but...
