Charming 2-bedroom 1st floor oasis in serene location with spectacular views.

This is the first floor of a split level home located in Northeast Seattle with sweeping views of Lake Washington. It is a newly remodeled, two bedroom quiet and lovely home on a dead end street. You feel like you are vacationing in a remote lakefront property while having all of the luxuries of the city within ten minutes.

We call it the Zen House - it is quiet and serene.

In true modern architecture living the outside and inside are united - hence the green wall to bring your eye out to the trees and the lighting at night enhances the foliage so the windows are not a mirror.

There is a ceiling and heating on the outdoor deck for privacy from the upstairs. It is peaceful and fun to turn on the heating element and sit in the covered area even on overcast days while enjoying the views. And in the spring/summer/fall? The Lake Washington views and breeze are fresh and inspiring.

The bedrooms are on either side of the living area for two couples to have privacy. The house is close to bike trails, parks and shopping. Wonderful restaurants are nearby as well as the University of Washington, Children's Hospital, University Village and a great dog park at Lake Washington. It is 15 minutes to downtown Seattle.

Northeast Seattle is home to University of Washington, UW Medical Center and Children's Hospital. University Village shopping area is within three miles. Easy access to I-5. Several parks nearby. Many people walk down this street -it's fun to watch them touch the dead end sign and turn around! There is a ravine with walking trail across the street that a neighbor is restoring with native plants. We are also close to the Burke Gilman walking trail and bike bath. We can see Magnuson Park and Lake Washington below the house. There are MANY great restaurants in the area and a great dog park down by Lake Washington.

The kitchen is fully stocked with air fryer/instapot/blender/immersion blender/coffee pot/espresso machine/spices and everything I would need to cook any kind of meal. I love to cook so I made sure that it would be a kitchen I could use and enjoy.
