Wonderfully located mere steps from the old-growth forest and walking trails of Schmitz Park, this Genesee home is the quintessential West Seattle experience. So much is at your fingertips here, from local shops and restaurants to the beautiful, bustling shoreline of nearby Alki Beach.

This well-maintained home is located on a quiet street at the southeast corner of West Seattle's Schmitz Park. It's a great location for exploring, with Alki Beach (one mile), Lincoln Park (three miles), and the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal (four miles) all close by. You can easily drive into downtown Seattle (six miles) or take the scenic route on the West Seattle Water Taxi (two miles).

After a day out and about in the city, come home to a comfortable living room with a TV, a cheerful eat-in kitchen, and all sorts of home conveniences - from complimentary WiFi to a washer/dryer for your laundry. Step outside to enjoy the golden hour scene on the covered patio, watch your kids play in the fenced backyard, or escape to the desk workspace in one of the bedrooms to finish up a few emails in peace.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
