I know that this property is being renovated, but being on the 3rd floor and having no elevator was terrible. No hot breakfast was a great disappointment

Full disclosure, the place was undergoing renovation at the time and the elevators didn't work at all. We had been warned of this and were fine doing the 5 flights of stairs but the place is a pretty big mess with the work going on. There wasn't any additional noise during the night due to this but no breakfast even though they said bagged breakfasts would be available. The room we had was extremely tired and showing its age in the bathroom. This was my second time staying at this location within a year and both experiences were sufficient for a night's sleep but wouldn't talk it up. The price is one of the lower ones of the area so you get what you pay for.

Great location for overnight stay between flights only 15 min walk for terminal. The places was in renovations, so no elevators and a messy lobby. Breakfast was ok, but basic (typical American but far from the European!)

The only reason why I gave this property 3 stars is because it’s under construction. The rooms were nice & spacious. Once the property is complete it would get a 5 star from me. Although there was no lighting outside and that’s one thing that’s not good.

The hotel was under major renovation. The elevators don’t work. The front desk was a folding table. The pool was in horrible shape and unusable.

The elevator was not working. They had us on the 5th floor. My 64 yo husband with heart issues had to lug his stuff up the stairs. They “accommodated” us and got us on the 3rd floor. The hallways/staircases smelled like urine. The counter guy was rude initially. The lobby was all apart because of construction. What a mess

Stayed the night and wanted a hotel near the airport, because my family and I had a super early flight. The elevator was down and we had to carry our luggage up 5 floors of stairs. Despite the carpet could use some replacement, the room was comforting and the front desk was very kind. Would stay again.

Front desk staff were amazing. Rooms were ok and clean. But the lobby was a mess due to renovations. And the website says they offer a full breakfast but their kitchen is closed for renovations. Also the elevators were closed.
