This 2 bedroom, 4 Story townhome is built with large windows that feature some of Seattle’s iconic sights. Views of Lake Union and Gasworks Park from the private rooftop deck.

Ground entry level features a cozy bedroom with a full-size bed/1.75 bath. Second level you find the stylish living room with a full kitchen and dining area. The third level has the master bedroom with queen size bed/full bath, laundry, and sweeping views. You also have access to the fourth level, where you can enjoy a private rooftop deck and those fantastic Seattle views from sun up to sundown. The townhome is built with a mini split heating/AC combination system on each level.

Location is close to South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, University of Washington, Cancer Care Alliance/Fred Hutchison, Downtown, Seattle Center, and more.

We Love Eastlake!
We stayed to visit my daughter at UW and help with move-in. Eastlake is the perfect location for that. Plus great restaurants, coffee shops and parks nearby. This townhome appears to be NEW! it is spotless and well-appointed, and it has a great view!!

Quick freeway access . Close to downtown.
Very clean. Minutes from everything that Seattle and Bellevue have to offer. One thing that needs to be done to the listing. Updated pictures, there is a new building being built between the property and the Seattle skyline. I would have hung out at the property more if the view of the city was like it was shown on the listing. Overall good experience and would stay here again. Aloha
