Peaceful and centrally-located accommodations at Lotus Estates. Our property sits next to Arbor lake, 10 mins from the airport and downtown. The property is shared similar to a boutique hotel with a courtyard, pool and hot tub. This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath unit is all yours. It offers a living/dining/kitchenette set up perfect for a short stay. This unit is located on the first floor of a lovely 3 story home. 3-20 mins from all of Seattle's most popular attractions, shopping, and dining.

Cute place in a quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our short stay here. It was convenient to the airport and the freeway, and was in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. I must say, though, that "Kitchen" is a bit of an overstatement - refrigerator, hot plate, coffeemaker is not the same as a kitchen!

The accomodation was very clean but we were four adults and it was small for us. The pictures made it look bigger than it was. No kitchen and you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom. The hosts communicated well. Location felt safe.

The night before our cruise
This was such a warm and cozy stay. It offers more than they advertise. It was 7 minutes from the airport and under 20 minutes to the pier. Of course the time depends on when you arrive at the airport or head for the pier. Ten Thousand percent better than any hotel. I will be back!!!!!!

Good distance between Seattle & western coast sites
We stayed here one night after we arrived in Seattle. House is a close drive to downtown and airport. We go to the house in evening and left in early morning so didn't get to use the outdoor amenities. Not a full kitchen, but it was very clean and had what we needed. The host was very nice and responsive.

Great spot with easy access to greater Seattle
Awesome spot with plenty of amenities to go around. The pool was wonderful, as it was pretty hot while we were there. Very clean, comfy beds, communicative hosts, and check in was super easy. Didn't find any access/thermostat to control A/C while we were there, but there were plenty of fans in the space to help keep it cool. Would stay again!

Our family of 4 (18 and 16 year olds) spent 3 nights at this property while visiting Seattle for a Blue Jays game. It was a beautiful vacation spot with a great location for sightseeing and the ballpark. The outdoor space was so beautiful and we enjoyed the pool, outdoor games and hot tub. The inside was as pictured and described in the listing. Tasha was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay but still close to lots of activities in Seattle.

Girls retreat
The property was amazing! Kayaking on the little lake was so fun and so was the hot tub, pool, and location. The only downside was that there was yard maintenance going on from 7:30am all the way until we left for Seattle at 5pm, so it was very loud. Tasha was very communicative and kind and even left us popcorn and bubbles! Overall an amazing trip.
