This hotel is lovely! It is situated in the heart of downtown Seattle and everything is walkable. The room and bathrooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable and the downtown views are spectacular! The staff is great too. We will definitely stay here again.

HORRIBLE SERIVCE. Showed up and yes we’re in a truck, the valets said they had no parking and couldn’t even recommend a place for us to park. And kept calling myself & my partner “bro”. Go to check in and they couldn’t even tell us where to park either. Proceeded to the end of the nigh and ordered room service. Not even edible. Mace and cheese was burnt noodles and butter. Also the “automatic”. Blinds didn’t even work. Had high expectations and ended up very disappointed

We stayed for our 20th Anniversary and the staff welcomed us with an anniversary treat including a handwritten card. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the room was luxurious and clean, and the bathroom perfection! Morning room service was fast. We enjoyed dinner at Ruth Chris next door and it was also lovely.
