This modern furnished home is on the ground floor with a great location and plenty of facilities for children. It is ideal for a family holiday.

The property is located in Sebnitz, a municipality on the edge of the Sächsische Schweiz nature park. The area around the village is a pleasure for hikers and cyclists. An excellently developed network of hiking and cycling trails ensures that you can gain unforgettable natural experiences. In the winter, cross-country skiers can enjoy well-prepared trails. Alternatively, there are different descents with ski lifts. Rejoice in a unique landscape and breathtaking panoramas. Interesting destinations include Schaumanufaktur Deutsche Kunstblume, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, Urzeitpark Sebnitz, Bad Schandau, Pirna and Dresden.

The apartment has its own terrace and the communal garden invites you to barbecue. Here children can romp to their heart's content and use the various play equipment.

Sympathisch kommunikative Vermieter mit im Haus, die bei Fragen unkompliziert helfen. Wer schnell friert, sollte warme Socken und Zusatzdecken mitbringen, da es fußkalt und die Bettdecken eher dünn sind. Tolle Wanderwege in der Nähe.

Sehr sauber und gut Ausgestattet. Einzig der sehr starke Geruch von Waschmitteln in der Bettwäsche ist allen von uns etwas negativ aufgefallen. Ansonsten aber alles da und von der Abwicklung sehr unproblematisch. Gerne wieder!
