This “motel” shouldn't even be an option on Expedia. The pictures online are deceiving! Upon arrival, the key did not work after several attempts and going down to the office a couple of times. We could not get into our room. The front desk had activated the wrong key to the wrong room. While waiting to get into our room, there was a couple to the right of us smoking marijuana in the walk way, and people to the left of us blocking the walkway with a pitbull. Upon entering the room, we noticed the room was humid, it smelled, there was mold and rust throughout, and there was no extra bedding for the pullout couch. I did not feel comfortable or safe there. We went back down to complain to the front desk, and the clerk refused to give us the manager’s information. We told her we were not staying there and wanted a full refund of the stay and of our deposit. First they refunded the deposit to the wrong credit card. Then the two workers started to argue over who did it. Once they finally corrected the refund for the deposit, we asked again for a full refund of the stay and for the manager’s information, to which they refused to provide again and said we will have to contact Expedia. Needless to say, we left pissed off and stayed in a different hotel. I have never had such a terrible experience before with an Expedia listing. I am extremely disappointed.
