"I stayed second time at Asrani Hotel and as always the staff from Front Desk ,Room Service,House Keeping & Security are friendly and professional. Rooms are big and spacious and the Hotel is close to shops, Restaurants and the famous Paradise restaurant which is renowned for it's Hyderabad Biryani. I would definitely stay again and recommend this Hotel if you are planning to stay in the twin cities. "

"Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience."

"Clean, well-run property. Excellent water temperature and pressure in the shower. Everything in the room worked and thoughtfully designed, except the "master switch" for the lights that needs to be on for anything else to work, but it turns ALL the lights on! A bit inconvenient if you wake up in the middle of the night - a common occurrence due to jet lag. Food quality in the restaurants within the hotel was good, but not great, as compared to Park Hyatt (where I stayed last time). If you're comfortable walking on the busy, city streets of India, there are good dining options nearby, such as Jalpaan vegetarian buffet (5 min walk) and 10 Downing Street pub (10 min walk). I had a room overlooking the pool. It was a very relaxing view, especially because of the lots of trees behind the pool, both within the property and beyond. Great location for me as I needed to be close to Ameerpet and Secunderabad. Not so close to hitec city or the airport."

"There are a lot of plus points of staying at this hotel. First, the location. The property is located in front of the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. All the outstation buses as well as the bus to Ramoji Film City is at the hotel’s doorstep. Second, good food. Our package included morning breakfast and they have a variety of options to choose from. We stayed there for 5 days and were never bored of the food. Third, cleanliness. The rooms were super clean, and the housekeeping staff ensures that they do this on a daily basis without you having to request for it. Fourth, service. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. If you need help with directions, shopping, travel, they are always ready to help. They even helped us change our room in 15 minutes since we were unhappy with the first room they had provided. Lastly, it is conveniently located at walkable distance from attractions and restaurants like Birla Temple, Cafe Niloufer, Shah Ghouse, etc. We had an amazing overall experience and never felt unsafe at any point during our stay in Hyderabad.
