The Space:
The renovated 1928 residence seamlessly blends its historic allure with contemporary conveniences. With four generously sized bedrooms and an expansive open-plan living area, ample space can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

The primary suite boasts a plush king-size bed and an attached private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms offer two single beds. All sleeping quarters are adorned with top-quality linens. For added comfort, room-darkening shades facilitate peaceful slumber, while a crib is available for guests with infants.

The primary bedroom's ensuite boasts a spacious bathtub, an elegant circular mirror, and a walk-in shower. An additional bathroom, accessible from the common area, offers another walk-in shower and laundry facilities, ensuring convenience during your stay. Complimentary towels and toiletries are provided for your comfort and convenience.

The area is known for its burgeoning wine region. Explore this picturesque landscape where rolling hills are blanketed with vineyards, offering an enticing invitation to wine enthusiasts. Getting Around:
Public transit in the area is limited, so guests will likely have to rely on their own vehicles to explore the area. There is access to the V Line at Kangaroo Flat Station, which is located 13km away.

Other Things to Note:
For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
