Bedroom 1 (King): This bedroom is the primary bedroom with an ensuite private spa-like bathroom. Enjoy the large south-facing picture window overlooking the backyard. This room also features an oversized closet and plenty of clothes storage for your visit.
Bedroom 2 (King): Bedroom 2 is nestled between Bedroom 1 and 3 and also features a large King bed. Guests will have access to the Guest Bathroom across the hall which features a deluxe walk-in tiled shower and rainshower head. This bedroom has a private closet and a huge picture window that faces the Red Rocks.
Bedroom 3 (Queen): Bedroom 3 is adjacent to the living room and is across the hall from the Guest Bathroom. Enjoy the large queen-sized bed while overlooking the Red Rocks from the bedroom’s large picture window. This room also offers a private closet.

You and your guests will enjoy the wonderful living spaces of the home that have been designed for ultimate comfort and functionality. The kitchen is well equipped and will even make the wine aficionado in your group pleased as we supply both red and white wine glasses. There is a full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher so you can whip up and enjoy “full-sized” meals after hiking the trails and exploring Sedona all day.
The living and dining rooms are set up for entertaining and making memories with friends and family. Kick back to enjoy the 65” smart TV with multiple streaming platforms and the extra plush sofa to relax and unwind. The dining room is set up for 6 and there are two additional chairs in the hall closet to seat 8 comfortably around the table. The dining room also features sliding glass doors to the backyard where there is an additional bistro table and outdoor patio with Red Rock views.

Picture this: you wake up after a restful night’s sleep and tip-toe your way into the kitchen to brew a fresh pot of coffee. Soon, you have a hot cup of joe in your hand, steam gently rolling off the top of your mug. You look out the living room window and see the magical desert sun cresting over the Red Rocks. Again, you softly pad across the floor to the front door, mindful of those still sleeping. You unlock the deadbolt, swing open the front door, and are greeted by the most majestic sunrise imaginable. You take the first step out the front door and nestle into one of the elegant rocking chairs on the front patio. It’s incredibly quiet and peaceful as you have this moment all to yourself. You take the first sip of coffee and watch the early morning light dance across the rock formations. The rocks start as a deep red, reflecting the sun’s intensity. The light begins shifting and shadows appear as the day dawns. Moments like this are what you dreamed of when planning your trip to Sedona, and now you are living it.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home. You are welcome to store personal items in the garage. Please keep in mind our cleaner will occasionally need to use the laundry machines in the garage when the studio apartment needs to be cleaned. They will not enter the house. If personal items are stored in garage (such as bikes), it is advised you lock them as the garage door will be open while our cleaner is doing laundry.
Other things to note:
There is a studio apartment separated from the house by a 2-car garage. There are no shared walls between the home and studio apartment.
