This is the perfect spot to stay! The rooms are comfortable with lots of things to do within the resort. I loved how close everything was with out having to drive into the crazy busy part of sedona. We walked to dinner, we shopped and even hiked.

it is in the heart of the Sedona city, very easy walk around. The parking is good. The resort facilities are great. It has tennis courts, pickelball courts and you can play after the dark with full lighting at the courts. (The quite time is 9pm, hopefully it can extend to 10pm). The hot bub is huge (I would call it a small hot tub swimming pool). The real heated swimming pool is really good too. The on site resturant was open at the Christmas day. The beer is really good.

Pretty grounds with excellent facilities. Only complaint is the mattresses are very uncomfortable (sink in) and you feel every movement of your partner. They even gave us a brand new mattress but it was pretty similar. I know they are completely renovating the place in January. Please please please don't get those mattresses. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Overpriced for what it was. Rooms are very dated. Parking at night was nearly impossible if you’re back later than 830 pm. Did enjoy the mini golf course though and the jacuzzi.
