Location is superb, and the views are breathtaking. Walk to uptown in minutes for dinner, shopping and a gallery stroll before enjoying a quiet evening afterwards on the deck overlooking the Red Rocks as the sun sets. This two-bedroom, two bath home sleeps 5 and is literally just a block off main street in Uptown. Home has exceptional views and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The space is unique and boasts a large great room and deck great for gathering friends and family after a day exploring Sedona.
As you step into our Southwest-inspired abode, you'll be greeted by warm, inviting cinnamon tones and an abundance of natural light. The open concept living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Sink into plush sofas while the fireplace crackles nearby or gather around the dining table for a meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials.
The home is just a very warm space to spend some quality time with friends and family.

Our home is perfectly situated for accessing the wonders of Sedona. Walk to uptown or take a short drive to Oak Creek Canyon just minutes away and explore West Fork or Slide Rock for outdoor adventures. The Jordan Trail Complex is right around the corner and easily accessed by side streets, no need to fight traffic. For dining, shopping, and cultural experiences, the charming town of Sedona is just a stone's throw away.

This home was exactly as described. Clean, cozy, and the best location possible if staying in Uptown Sedona. Easy walk to town and restaurants, and a short drive to some amazing hikes. Only a little over two hours to the Grand Canyon, which was a bonus. The views from the deck are simply awesome! The host was so easy to communicate with, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing views from quiet, comfortable home
Just a short walk from the busy commercial district, this home offers a quiet oasis with incredible vistas. We loved getting up in the morning to the view of the mountains. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and the host communications were great, clear and friendly. Proximity to the Elote Cafe, where we had a fabulous dinner, was the icing on the cake!

The house is cozy with everything you'll need. Located just down the street from our favorite restaurant, Elote, was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay.

Great location in Uptown Sedona. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Easy communication with the owner. The house had plenty of space and excellent views. We would definitely stay there again.

Easy to deal with manager/owner. Second time here because we love the views from the living room and deck. Very comfortable beds and excellent living spaces. Car port is covered and highly regarded by us for keeping the car cooler during the day. AC was on a schedule and worked well. Chargepoint station is 3 minutes away (walking) for those with an EV. We really enjoyed staying here.

We've stayed at many VRBO facilities, and this is at the top. The owner was flexible, communicative, responded promptly to any and all inquiries, and was overall just a delight. The facility itself is stellar - roomy, well appointed, clean, great location, superb views, etc. I especially liked the extra touch of master bedroom bedstand light fixtures with outlets - like the finest hotels! You will have a GREAT time at this place.

Fabulous views and so close to all the main uptown areas. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Perfect walking distance to town. Perfect deck to drink coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise with the mountains.

I Want to Go Back Now!!!
The rental was awesome! Everything described about the house was true. Close to uptown so we could walk to all the shops even to Tlaquepaque ( it is up hill all the way back though) The rental had great amenities, two great showers, 2 bedrooms, large great room, with big porch facing east (great sunrise views). Circle parking with room for two cars. David is a wonderful host who provided a wealth of information on all the things to do in Sedona. I hope this place (Sedona Spice) is available next year when we go to Sedona, it checks all the boxes! Jeff

Gorgeous View
The view from the property is insanely gorgeous, and definitely the biggest highlight of the property. Since we had to work remotely for a few hours each day, having that view made it feel as if we weren't missing out on anything at all.

Scenic Sedona from the Living Room!
This house was wonderful! So clean and well maintained. I could have sat on the couch forever taking in the stunning view. The host was so helpful and responsive. These 4 spice girls would jump at the chance to stay here again. Proximity to Uptown isn’t an exaggeration and walking to town was a breeze. 10/10 recommend!

Jaw dropping views
If you stay anywhere in Sedona, this should be the place! From the amazing views from the living room (I sat with my coffee each morning staring outside on the big swivel chair) to the location and being walkable to so many restaurants, wine bars, and pick up spots for tours. It was incredibly hard to leave this house when our vacation was over!! My husband and I would definitely come back to stay here again in the future
