Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with new, organic (non-toxic) mattresses and linens. This room also has access to the shared full bathroom with a marble tile shower.

Bedroom 3 - Two Twin Beds (or put together to make a king upon request and $30 fee) with new, organic (non-toxic) mattresses and linens. This room shares the full bathroom with bedroom 2.

Outdoor/Patio areas:
The outdoor spaces are serene, and include a deck offering a delightful outdoor dining area surrounded by bench seating, and a BBQ to grill up your favorites. This spot is a stunning place to take in the spectacular sunrises and sunsets while enjoying outdoor dining, your morning coffee, or evening cocktail.

Cameras on Exterior of Property: Sedona Sunrise has one camera to the right of the garage which looks out on the driveway and cult-de-sac. The second and third camera are off each corner of the back deck and look out over the valley and not the deck itself. All three cameras serve as home security and weather cams and don't violate any privacy laws.
