Very nice family getaway
Very clean, great attention to detail, nice personal story from owners, gorgeous views, very comfy bedding. Sedona is never as cool as I imagine it might be. Pretty hot weather, lots of mosquitoes in early to mid October. If I were the owner, I would monitor/edit guest book comments more closely as someone left a very cringe message about group sex In the double shower. I’m guessing this is not what most want to picture

Modern, Clean and Comfortable
We only stayed for a short time, but it was a pleasant stay. The location was super clean, modern, stocked with what they claimed, and comfortable. There were instructions/notes everywhere informing you how to operate the doors/blinds/kitchen components, etc... Here are the 'things to know' about the listing: 1) The doors (minus the front door) are a bit difficult to open/lock. You have to hold the handle in an unnatural position to get it locked/unlocked. 2) A 10-minute walk to 89A is a bit of a stretch. Let's say at least a 15-minute hike to 89A. No sidewalks and quite hilly. 3) The location to the Javalina trailhead was super convenient. It was maybe 3 minutes and you're on a non-popular trailhead, which is nice. We hiked to Devil's Kitchen and the Seven Sacred Pools. Probably an hour to an hour and 1/2 one way. The trails are heavily used by bikers. 4) I got the impression, from the listing, that there would be less houses, more 'views'. If you looked in between the houses, you saw a view or two. Don't get me wrong, it's a wonderful location. I just thought there would be more views and less houses based on 'jaw dropping views'. Overall, and as mentioned, we enjoyed our stay. I'd probably pick a different location next time, so I have more of a secluded feel but that's personal preference.

Beautiful, well-located home
We had a very nice stay in late December. The house is very nice. The furniture is comfortable, especially the beds and the rest of the house is well appointed. The views are great. The house meets or exceeds its description online. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona.

Amazing views and house!
This house is truly amazing - high ceilings, open floor plan and kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms, comfy beds and bedding, large windows with amazing views of red rocks, and hot tub which was perfect for relaxing between hiking and dinner. Location is also perfect - can walk into town if you want or short drive. Kitchen is stocked with all the glasses and utensils you need. My only critique (more for the management company) is that you don’t give enough toilet paper (apparently on purpose - they say they give you a couple extras but you might have to buy some). You should give plenty of rolls especially for the price. Also, the quality of the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion was not the best. However, we truly loved this house and would highly recommend to others and would stay here again. Our favorite hike was cathedral rock - climb up to top. It’s hard but well worth it - people are so nice and talk you through it and help if needed. And we did the pink keep broken arrow tour - yes it’s touristy but it was actually very cool. Bell Rock hike was our 2nd favorite. Sedona really is beautiful and healing for the soul!
