This is a great home for a romantic getaway, a fun time with family, or an adventurous weekend hang out with friends! Enjoy making a delicious dinner in the quaint kitchenette in this loft style home! Relax in the spacious living room watching your favorite movies! Stargazing is a must do from the private porch! Check out the closest hiking trail within walking distance, the Broken Arrow Trailhead. There you can watch the spiritual sunset, or energizing sunrise. Uptown Sedona is nearby, where on the way you can peruse Tlaquepaque, or venture further and visit the Uptown shops and taste of Sedona eateries! Where you’ll sleep:The loft is the cozy sleeping space with 2 full size beds, in which you must be able to do stairs, and it also has a futon. All beds are in the loft. The bathroom is on the main level with a walk in shower.

The home has been sanitized between each and every guest.
NO pets allowed.
While streaming TV, you must use your accounts to access.
The trash cans are shared with the adjacent home, and must be secured with the bungees and kept in the fenced trash can area and not taken to the curb.
Parking: Only 2 vehicles allowed
Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced.
The home is equipped with a smart lock, and you will be given the code and instructions the day of check in.
Heating and Cooling: Baseboard Heat works in the bathroom only. The mini split in the loft is provides sufficient cooling and heating for the entire home.
**Please note: The stairs going to the bedroom loft are steep. Please use caution going up and down the stairs and utilize the railing.

Excellent base for hiking and biking!
A clean little loft house away from downtown. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a couple trail heads with a half mile walk of the house. We made breakfast each morning in the small but comfortable kitchen. Then we were out for the day. At night, we walked down to the trails to get out in the real dark for sunset and to view the stars. So cool. Great communication with the owner. We recommend this house.

Pros: Good location, quiet, good parking. Cons: No dishwasher. No garbage disposal. Three of the five baseboard electric heaters didn't work. Stairs to loft bedroom had a steep pitch and had narrow treads. Think "ships ladder." High windows had no blinds - if you're light sensitive, this is not good. Dinner table had no light over it and had to be pulled out of a cramped corner for use. Shower has pebble floor, which is hard on people with foot trouble. Lastly, there was no instructions binder, so the guest has to guess about things like light switch function (switches are not labeled). But we made it all work for us.

Wonderful Stay in Quiet Corner of Sedona
My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this lofted guest house, located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of one of Sedona's downtowns. We didn't arrive until about 10:30pm the first night - and just before getting to the house, saw some unique wildlife - their local "not pig" pigs. When we got out of the car, the first thing we saw was an expansive night sky, the Milky Way (no way!) - and then a MASSIVE shooting star! Seemed like an omen for a great stay, of which it absolutely was. Our contact (whom I assume was the owner) was incredibly responsive and had a great sense of humor, and was great. Looks like there is a main house that's for rent, as well, and our contact was nice enough to send over the link for us to take a peek at - and it was gorgeous. Already chatting with family to see if we can make a group trip out there together. All in all - the space was perfect for the two of us. Loved the location. Was quiet. Great views of the night sky (and every night we went over to Aerie and layed on the pavement for a few hours to scope tons of shooting stars). Couldn't have been much better of a trip! Beautiful spot with great view
My daughter and I had a wonderful time and very pleasant experience! There is a wonderful hike very close by. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, which was disappointing, and the toaster didn't work, but I still give it 5/5 stars! Would recommend to anyone traveling to Sedona!

Perfect Sedona Getaway

Everything about our stay was amazing and there is nothing we wish would have been different! This rental is close to many trails as well as very close to many shopping areas. This rental has everything 2 people could need and is super cute! The owner responded quickly and answered all questions! Will be coming back and be recommending to all friends and family!

Good location!
This property is in a quiet neighborhood off a main road and near Broken Arrow Trailhead. We were able to walk a very short distance to the trailhead from the property. Sedona can be extremely busy on weekends so since the property was set back away and off the beaten path, it was nice not to be caught up in all of the traffic. If I had any concerns about this property, it would be that the stairs going up to the loft area are very steep. Be aware that both beds are up in the loft and in an open area.

Fabulous Home and Location
We had such a nice time visiting Sedona and staying in The Loft. The location was perfect and we liked that we could walk to Broken Arrow Trail to some hiking. We were close to Chapel of the Holy Cross and Uptown Sedona. The home was on a very quiet street. We were very comfortable as a family of three and it definitely could accommodate more people comfortably. The host had excellent communication and we will definitely stay there again when we are back in Sedona.

Location, location location! This loft is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the Broken Arrow trail head. We were close to everything we wanted to do hiking, shopping, art, wineries, fabulous restaurants! We enjoyed our stay!❤️ There is a loft so you will need to be prepared to climb to get to the bedroom. The property manager responded quickly when we asked questions.
