This is a great property from the convenient location to the villa itself-- super clean with everything you need for a long stay. Beautiful views and a patio with woods and creek in the back. Really good value.

Our room was huge and comfortable. The property was beautiful and quiet. Easy drive to shopping and dining. Be prepared to lose cell service. Had no trouble accessing WiFi.

Front staff was rude. Don’t ask for the fireplace shown in the pictures to be turned on, they are conserving gas and will “say” they will turn it on but won’t. Giant tub shown must be in the handicap room but tub was still ok. Front door flew open in the night, something with the locking mechanism so had to bar it with a chair. Will stay somewhere else for the price. Room was big, staff was unhelpful about everything and area is extremely pricey, even had to pay to park to walk trails. They have Definitely mastered the art of charging for nature in this town. Was sadly disappointed.

The large lawn with beautiful trees and grass in immaculate condition with view of red rock hills from my studio unit back porch. Restaurant at resort had great food and easy walk up path from Villas. Pool was nice too. And BBQ area had tables with umbrellas and trail down to creek.

The Villas at Poco Diablo were great. The location was close to the "Y", hiking, shopping, dining. The property was quiet and well-kept and being able to use the fitness facility at the Poco Diablo resort was a great bonus, though that facility could use some TLC. It was adequate. The kitchen was VERY well-equipped and truly supported our need to be able to cook and eat our own food, as I have very specific dietary needs. The staff was friendly and coming and going was a breeze. The bed was comfy and the very large soaking tub was wonderful! We could have stayed there weeks! It felt like home. The cost was perfect for us and we would definitely return to this property in the future.

Relatively easy check-in room close by parking super easy just drop the key off check out. They could remove the spotlight for evening Jacuzzi experience. It doesn’t have to be shining right on the Jacuzzi. So I guess I don’t have anything to really complain about really nice property

They ran a really noisy pump all day every day (about 8 and a half hours). It was either pumping water out of or into Oak Creek. When I complained I got a vague response. The reason I chose this accommodation was for the serenity and being able to hear the water of Oak Creek and the bird noises. Instead I got a loud industrial drone all day long.
