"Coronado-II" (NEW on VRBO in Jul '17) gives you your own private "resort" and presents expansive big sky and red rock views. In fact, all 4 of our Sedona "pool" homes have direct sight of magnificent Gunsight Rock and 2.8 miles from world-famous Cathedral Rock and ultra-exclusive Red Rock Crossing. But "Coronado", specifically, is 1.5 miles from world-famous Bell Rock. "Coronado'' also sits 400 yards from the club house of the Robert Trent Jones 18-hole championship country club (public) and is next-door neighbor to our "Apache Gunsight" (VRBO 186011). So pamper yourself in outdoor luxury, shade and sun, high-end spas and walks. Walk out the front door and in 2 min and be at the 1st tee-box, Oak Creek County Club House, the putting green, or Redstone Restaurant (tennis courts nearby too). Coronado is your own private luxury resort. The private pool also has a PebbleTec Prism Blue bottom and decorative waterfalls. 'Coronado-II' is also minutes from a number of the popular trail heads, shopping, and famous restaurants. This Sedona villa has 5 bedrooms - a king master, a king guest (with twin on opposing wall w/ twin trundle underneath), and Guest Room 3 is equipped with a King, and Guest Room 4 has a unique "Queen" bunk (top and bottom) and a twin on opposing wall, and Guest Room 5 has a unique 'Queen' bunk top and bottom. (NOTE: These last 2 rooms of 5 are off the side of the garage). There are also two sleeper sofas: a Queen and Full-bed sleeper sofas in family room. Premium mattresses upgraded throughout (we put aside the sleeper mattresses and upgraded with higher-end). Wireless internet, 4 HD cable TVs, included. Professionally managed and cleaned. Amazing place!
We had such an incredible stay at this house and it was by far one of my favorite vacation rentals I’ve stayed at! The house was immaculately clean, in a great location, the beds were very comfortable, and communication/check in was super easy. Having the pool and hot tub was so wonderful and someone even came and cleaned them on our first morning there! The house was perfect and a great place to relax with very easy access to all Sedona has to offer!

Overall an excellent experience. The few issues we did have were promptly dealt with by the owner, and he was very effective with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and flexibility this house affords, with the indoor and outdoor space and amenities. In particular, we enjoyed the outdoor area - both the jacuzzi and pool, in addition to the covered lounge and eating area.

Family Reunion/50th Anniversary Beautiful!
We had the most amazing stay here, perfect for a family gathering. The home is wonderfully maintained, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything for cooking meals and relaxation and gorgeous scenery. Sedona trip
The place was great. We stayed in the winter so the heated pool was really nice. The location was perfect for the following reasons: Very close to a super market, Sedona was super crowded but this property is far enough away that we didn't have to deal too much with traffic, and there were a lot of good outdoor activities within 20 minutes. We had people off all ages from 2 - 57 years old and there was something for everyone.

Wonderful property with great location
The house has everything you would need and the outdoor space with pool and spa was fabulous We spent most of our time outside when we were at the house. The property is about 5- 10 min from Bell rock and about a 15 min drive to Sedona.

Perfect for the 8 of us
The 5 bedrooms & 2 baths easily accommodated our group of 8 friends. The house provided areas for sufficient privacy, sleeping quarters & gathering. The spa & pool were fabulous, perfect location for hiking @ Bell Rock & Courthouse Butte. Easy access to dining out & Clark's market. Lovely Home, Pool, Sky And Area
We had an fantastic extended family vacation here and couldn't ask for a more wonderful and welcoming home. Spacious, inviting, with views of Gunsight red rock, and close to hikes at Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock and rental bike shops just a quarter mile down road. Large supermarket also nearly walking distance. And within walking distance is the Golf Country Club we played at and practiced on driving range and sat at their grill to watch sunsets. Also loved this part of town, since traffic in other parts looked excrutiating, so we think its a well chosen location. We will definately be back. And our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Thanks again.

Great house in a perfect location
We loved staying here with our two kids and a bunch of adults. The kids loved the pool and swam everyday. It’s located right next to some amazing trails and also the golf course which was ideal for some of our family. It was also nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Sedona but still close to everything. The house is nice ~ we didn’t realize the two bedrooms were through the garage but they worked well for the kids and us. The house could have been a bit more stocked and things like toilet paper and salt but other than that we have no complaints. Jeff even had the pool preheated for our kids when we got there which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property And Layout
This home was truly wonderful for our families, with just the right amount of open space combine with being in-one-home with great layout so that we could spread out and be apart from separate families when we wanted. Great furnishings and pool and hottub were fantastic with a great patio veranda overhang to protect us from sun at lunch and dinner dinings outside. The host was very helpful with our questions and we will definately stay here again. Location is great for the local hikes at Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock and stores/restaurants in The Village, they call it. Bike rentals and ability for a short walk to golf course, Oak Creek Country Club, which my husand did too while we were out with car etc. Thanks so much for having and will come back in fall.

Can’t wait to visit again!
We loved everything about our stay at this home. Loved the Oak Creek area and will definitely return to this area we like to be out of the hustle of Sedona but close to drive into daily. So much fun to go out on an adventure during the day and be able to come back and wind down in the early afternoon/evening at the pool and hot tub. This was our first time to Sedona and we loved it, being able to enjoy this lovely property and have our kids wear themselves out in the pool every night was awesome. Great communication with property manager. However, there was an opportunity for more cleaniness, pool was dirty, TV's in the rooms did not work ( controlers), guest showerhead needs to be replaced the water did not flow appropriately and on our last day there were a lot of ants that got inside the rooms.
