We were looking for an inexpensive place to sleep when we were visiting family in Providence. Colonial Inn fit the bill perfectly. Although it's an older property, it is very clean and well maintained and only 15 minutes from the family we came to visit in Providence.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, i loved the little details in the bathroom. First floor was very easy access. Will definitely be staying there again.

We personally loved our stay! When we first got there we were nit pleased to know they put us in a smoking room. The person at the front desk was so kind and gave us a non-smoking room right in the front. At 11:30pm we found out our tv didnā€™t work. They came to the room to help. Once we realized the tv didnā€™t he gave us the room next door. Everyone was kind and the room was spacious and clean! I loved my stay and am planning to book again!

The place was really nice, really clean, lots of soap & towels. A bargain for the price. Hot water came out in the shower fast. Not much pressure. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would absolutely stay again. Plenty of food and shopping right nearby to.
