"It’s a lovely old hotel with lots of charm. The spa facilities are also great, although there seemed to be limited staff available when we visited, limiting our treatment options. The hotel staff ranged from lovely to somewhat rude. Food was much too expensive."

Staff even without being asked came to our room with a big fan that made our second night more comfortable as we didn't have AC in our room. "

"Great place for families with kids because of the large unit sizes and the swimming pool. Units are well equipped for breakfast and small dinners. Superficial cleanliness is great, but don't look under the beds... The property is a 30 min walk from the city center. There are buses, albeit not easy to use."

"Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect. My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna. "
