"Where to begin with this resort. For starters, I’ve stayed at many places from all over the world and sudamala sengiggi is by far one of if not the best places I’ve stayed at. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, food is amazing and affordable as well considering we stayed at a luxury hotel. It is very well balanced between food from Indonesian food and international food so it serves all palates. They also offer a romantic dinner package for couples which we took and it was absolutely amazing, a must do for honey-mooners or couples staying at the resort. In addition, they offer many excursion/experience packages for people to do that offer a very wide array of choices. One of the best if not the best excursion packages is the 3 Gili island trips which is a private boat trip to the islands which includes snorkeling and lounging/exploring the final island which is Gili Trawangan. The room choices and accommodations are very lovely as well as the room cleaning service. All in all, a 10/10 resort experience, if you come to Lombok, this is a must stay place. "

"Love coming here, this was my second time visiting and my husbands first. The pool is beyond amazing and we spent the majority of the time there. The Buffett was excellent, and staff was the best. The house cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful and Riski was always checking in to see how our stay was."

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff deserves a five star for effort. Our room needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom and they went out of their way to make it right for us. We have allergies to mold and mildew. Given the high humidity it’s inevitable to have that accumulated without daily interventions to stay ahead of it. This hotel is really a gem in Sengiggi. The only area that I would say was not our favorite is the restaurant. Their time management and flavor are lacking from our perspective. Otherwise very happy with the location and again the staff is amazing. "

"Beautiful large grounds with the ocean on two sides, loved staying in the garden bungalow among stunning large trees and well kept flowering plants. Ocean views were spectacular especially from the beach bar area. Fun watching surfers too. The hotel often hosts celebrations, which can be noisy. Music was always too loud. Sadly our stay was also interrupted by tree cutting, again very loud and right beside the pool. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, good food and the pool. "

"Best of Lombok accommodation so far!! Our garden view room was set amongst tropical flowers and birdlife, spacious and clean. The ocean view villas just in front were stunning with individual tiny pools and loungers facing the ocean, but we loved our private and beautiful room one row behind (no.15). My favourite was the outdoor private shower, with flowers and birds. The staff were excellent, food the best on our trip to Lombok We enjoyed snorkelling at the Three Secret Gilis, lots of fish and a turtle, but if we’d had more time would have definitely spent the extra for a trip to a better snorkelling spot as suggested by our guide.
