Welcome to charming Heron Cove located in the well sought after Mallard Lakes community.

Our space:
- Main floor offers a full Kitchen, powder room, dining area, washer & dryer, living room, & lakefront sunroom - perfect for picking crabs, enjoying morning coffee, or an evening cocktail!
- Upstairs you’ll feel comfortable with two bedrooms (4 beds) and a large full bathroom.
- Also enjoy our outdoor shower after a day at the pool/ beach and a storage closet equipped with chairs, games, and other beach vacation necessities!

Our community is Shore-to-Please the whole family with endless amenities:
- Relax, swim, and work on your tan at one of our TWO community pools.
- Get active on our tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, or Pickle-ball court .
- BBQ at one of our TEN picnic areas complete with charcoal grills.
*ammenities passes are to be purchased at the front pool office upon arrival*

Wonderful stay!
Clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location! Quick communication from owner regarding a chair that was broken prior to our arrival, and other than a few little details like knobs missing from cabinets, it was a really nice place and perfect for a family with kids. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Heron Cove. The listing was exactly as described and communication with Nicole was fantastic. We really enjoyed the breeze in the evening from the screened in porch. My only suggestion for guests is to consider bringing your own linens as the washer and dryer are very small and you will have to wash and dry multiple loads on the day of check out which is at 10:00am. This made for a stressful morning because things weren't drying well in the dryer. I communicated this concern with Nicole and she was great in her response. Much appreciated!

We had been looking for a place to stay so we could Uber to the Freeman Stage for a concert, and the location of this property was perfect - literally a 7 minute drive to Freeman.

Peaceful weekend
This property was lovely and we had a wonderful weekend there. We enjoyed the community and took multiple walks around the peaceful area. We enjoyed the ducks and geese from the back porch. The heated floors in the bathroom were a wonderful surprise. The owner was very helpful and responsive, and check in/out was very easy. We'd definitely stay here again!

Nice home but read fine details
The home itself was lovely and we had a great stay! The beds were super comfy and the house was clean and well kept. I would suggest reading the fine details of the property before booking. We were excited for the pool, but did not want to pay $100 to use it for one quick swim. The pool/ other amenities are not included in the stay and were a bit pricey. However, if you are staying for a week it may be worth it. Checkout is at 10:00 and you must wash/ dry/ put away all towels and bedsheets before leaving or there is an additional fee. The host was very accommodating and worked with us but it was a big detail for anyone staying here. I recommend the house to anyone who this works for, however having an early flight made this difficult for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us and helping us!

Family beach trip 2023
I love renting from Nicole! Her home is amazing has everything you need- smart tvs, pots and pans, multiple beds, beach chairs. Nicole is very responsive, I messaged her multiple times through out my stay for minor questions and she responded usually within minutes. She even provides linens to use, yes you must wash them before you go but I’d much rather that than have to pack my own. It’s been my third stay and still love it!

Great condo to get away to Fenwick
We had a wonderful stay but noticed any and all paper toiletries were not left or stocked. Not a problem usually but our stay was short and lack of paper towels and toilet paper was an inconvenience. This owner also has a policy that all linens be washed and dried and place back in the guest rooms, but it would take multiple loads in a compact stacked unit so we needed to pay a linen fee instead.
