"The house was as described. Very well appointed. Spotless. Quiet with a relaxing view out the window. We saw the northern lights right off the back deck- amazing! Check in process was very easy. Great location for heading to the north, the Golden Circle, Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Multiple locations for natural soaking baths, one just a few minutes down the road. The house has bedrooms on both sides with the living area in the middle so great for multiple couples or several adults ( my party)...

"Awesome, great location in a 'neighborhood' not too desolate, but sparse enough for excellent viewing right on property on walkable in the neighborhood in all directions. Excellent property itself, and really close to Selfoss for food, drinks, etc. Excellent experience and hope to be back! "

"Almost everything was fantastic. Just a few suggestions...Purchase a refrigerator with a working ice machine and filtered water to drink. The tap water had a sulfur taste to it. Separating the trash seemed to be a big issue. I suggest you label the trash bins to avoid confusion. One last thing...put a "notice" on the surge protector that ii MUST be on for the internet to work. It was accidentally tripped when plugging in an adapter and it was not discovered for awhile."

"We have enjoyed staying at this cottage very much. Kept ourselves very busy exploring Iceland to the fullest during the days, comming back in the evening we felt welcomed and had everything what we needed to rest and enjoy some off time. We had perfect weather but even if we didnt we would happily just stay at the cottage enjoying ourselves.
