"We fell in love with Whitstable and the cottage. It looks exactly like the pictures. The owners have renovated this beautiful cottage to a great standard. The log burner was perfect to come back to after an autumnal walk a long the beach. The location is faultless, you are so close to lots of great restaurants and shops as well as the beach and harbour. "

"Porperty exactly as advertized. Lovely location close to tourist sites, really comfortable and well stocked. Better than any other properties I have stayed in. Do think bathrooms should have better heating options and imagine in winter get quite cold. Also quite expensive compared to others of same ilk but as I said extremely well maintained so depends on your budget and amount of people travelling. "

"Overall good with one caveat and a slight disappointment. The house was very comfortable to live in for a week, very well equipped, lovely lounge, comfortable kitchen, conservatory and outside space for all the family. The one issue for us were the quality of the mattresses. The upstairs main bedroom was way too soft,and the downstairs front bed also too soft. The other issue, not to do with the property was there was a warning on the beach not to go into the water because of poor water...

"The property was delightful and beautifully decorated. There was a problem with parking and we were blocked in on many days. There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had."

"I booked and paid for this place but the owner never got back to me. Never emailed me the code to get in. And then travelnest told me it was my job to try and get a refund off expedia! This is a rotten disgraceful way to treat people. Id travelled 140 miles to stay here with my disabled husband and two dogs and couldnt even contact the owner to get in!!!"

"The flat was lovely and roomy and the location was great. Loved the sea view. Just a couple of problems that stopped us giving full marks. The fridge had been left turned up high and had frozen over. In order to not have our food freeze we had to turn it down. It defrosted and we spent some time cleaning up the water. "This property is in a great location. It was spotlessly cleaned and had everything you could possibly need. The owner had liaised with me before arrival and had toddler proofed the property so we could relax and enjoy the space. So many quirky touches that enhanced the experience. This was a family break with a toddler, her mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and each generation was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. "

"This tasteful and well appointed chalet with great facilities is very close to the seafront, which you reach through a nice back garden. Swimming here was great as the shelf is quite steep so you get a good amount of time either side of high tide. The place itself is a pleasure to stay in and we can't wait to come again."
