"A truly inspiring gem that we are so thankful that we found. Rarely does an accommodation exceed expectations by unlimited amounts, this certainly did. The staff, or friends as we now refer to them were amazing. Everything had to be just right and if it wasn’t they made sure it was. Antonella, Jacob, Jallow and the superb Claudia made our stay truly unforgettable and a memory that we shall treasure forever."
"Nice location, nice building. Parking is inconvenient. My only complaint is the lack of air-condition... during my stay we had several days of 90+ weather.
The owner, Alberto, is a very nice gentleman, very welcoming and helpful."
"Lovely Abruzzo location overlooking Bomba. The room is private and quiet and a nice self-service kitchen. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The features are basic but in very good condition and clean.
Navigation should be during daylight and from Bomba and Zingaro. Pennadomo is a longer drive and road conditions variable.
Warm in August but cools enough at night to sleep. "
"From the moments we arrived there and saw the beautiful stone buildings with the backdrop of the mountains and Italian countryside, I knew this was going to be a special place. We were greeted by two friendly dogs and a curious cat before interring the main living area that doubles as the breakfast/dinner area. The fireplace was burning and it was warm and cozy inside where we met the owners who were very welcoming and nice. We were escorted to our room in the back where we were pleased to find...
"What a pleasurable stay! Pat and Dave were the most gracious hosts. Their home/BnB is comfy, welcoming, and so pretty. Located just a few minutes from Atessa, you will not regret staying here. Beds are so comfortable and breakfast was amazing. "
"The rooms/bathrooms and living/kitchen area are modern, clean and spacious. Excellent location. On site parking very convenient. The property owner, Nirmala, was very kind, helpful and easily available. Thank you Nirmala for your hospitality! Can't wait to go back to Guardiagrele!!"
"What a beautiful place to stay! Signore Pardi is very gracious and always answered my texts quickly. The Villa where the reception is and the breakfast room are lovely and have beautiful pictures of the family. Maria who greeted us was very sweet as was the lovely Signora who prepared our breakfast. It is a very peaceful place and has a lovely place outside our room to relax and look at the beautiful view. He suggested a lovely restaurant called Il Gattone. Lovely people there as well and good...
"Antonella is a beautiful person who took great care of us. Her Property is meticulous modern and beautifully kept clean. The breakfast was outstanding fit for Kings the views stunning 10 out of 10. Definitely a great place to relax."
"It is a great place in the middle of the countryside in a real vineyard with very nice wine and a public beach with restaurants (10-15 minute drive) . No food except a wonderful breakfast in the AM, so come prepared or eat near the beach area. It's a rocky beach so bring proper water shoes... the only downside is that Agriturismo De Luca is a bit difficult to find. Make sure you have explicit instructions before heading out and don't try to find it at night. Be careful to give the owners an...
"My favourite hotel in Italy! Immaculately clean, wonderful staff, easy parking, great location… and one of our favourite restaurants. Very family friendly! We will be back again"
"Best hotel we’ve stayed during our trips to Abruzzo. Beautiful inside and out. Friendly and very proficient staff who made us welcome (not always the case with English speakers in Abruzzo). The food was great too - we had an exceptional dinner. Great value compared to others."

"Isabella and Marco are the most kind and welcoming hosts I have ever met. They treat you like family and will go over and beyond to make you feel at home. Their home is tastefully decorated and beautiful. Marco made a "small" aperitif or snack for us when we arrived. It was a full meal! He made "pallotte cacio e ova," a pizza and served it with local wine. While we were eating, Isabella insisted, "Let me make you some spaghetti so you don't have to go out in the cold for dinner." A fine dessert was provided by their son's girlfriend who made it for her baking exam. Breakfast consisted of an omelet, pastries, coffee, yogurt and freshly squeezed orange juice. If I could give a 100-star rating, I would. You get much more than you pay for at Casa Isabella, especially because of the kindness and generosity of the hosts who show that they love to entertain and to serve. They are a true testament to authentic Italian and Christian civilization. Grazie mille, Isabella and Marco!"

"We love this charming hotel built into medieval stone and very close to the Maiella mountains! Staff were excellent esp Eugene who can converse in English well, very generous of his time and provided excellent service throughout as well as Petra who was so funny and kind - both made the pleasant stay even better! Food was fantastic with breakfast having a great selection of both savoury and sweet treats.
The only problem was the lack of airconditioning (there was a stand fan) in the room making sleep almost unbearable as we came at the hottest time of the year. No wifi in the room meant we had to do our logistics planning in the restaurant in the same building, just incovenient.
Other than that, we will come back in a heartbeat! "

"The property and location were amazing, absolutely stunning. The time we were there was a heat wave unfortunately so without proper AC it was a little hot."

5/5 Excellent
Wonderful end to our vacation
"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"
