"An outdated hotel with decent condition and service. Room definitely need renovation especially the bathroom as the condition is pretty bad, noisy exhaust fan, broken tap and shower. "This hotel location is strategic enough to access important places in Semarang and just 10-15 minutes to the airport. When I want to check in, mail confirmation from hotels.com was not received by hotel's staff, so I must make a call to Hotels.com to reconfirm my bookings and hotels.com staff should call the hotels staff and resend the confirmation.
