Ping Hotel is central to shopping, beach and restaurants. Very nice hotel with rooms perfect for solo or couples travel. Nice modern decor. Good amenities like water, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, safer, refridge and slippers. The only thing is the detergent to wash the sheets was quite perfumey.

Decent for a short stay
You get what you pay for. Cheap hotel & good location, but other than that there is not much to brag about. Overalt the room was decent, but shower was dirty. They should really deep clean the bathrooms

Room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. All rooms appeared to have a balcony. Pool area was lovely. However, no restaurant or bar.

The location is good but the hotel rooms and toilets are not clean, No hot water and no lights on the room. The blanket not changed for 4 nights I don't recommend the hotel for the people are carrying for the clean room or toilets.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a big bonus. But the bathroom was not clean, looked like the toilet seat was not cleaned at all. And there was a bad small.

Don’t stay here!
It was once a pleasant hotel. Now the rooms are unclean, mouldy bathrooms, faulty doors, missing amenities, even getting fresh towels was a problem. Terrible experience and I had booked to days here. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The one thing you should expect is cleanliness. I had to buy my own cleaning products to feel some sort of ease about staying in this hotel.

The area of the Hotel is very convenient because it’s walkable to many stores and restaurants. During my stay at the hotel all my activities was outside of Seminyak therefore I didn’t get a chance to do a thorough explore. The hotel room was very clean however the smell of the room was bad, when you walk into the room you could smell something that’s mouldy, but overall it it’s a spacious and clean room.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. The dust in the room was everywhere, prompting me to clean the room myself. It felt like nobody had cleaned it for months. Not to mention stains on the sheets, dirty floor and shower. Good location though...

Toilet hose leaked on the bathroom floor. Shower and sink had lots of mineral buildup or something. Walking into the bathroom was a trip hazard with three levels but you have to be skinny to use the bathroom. Showering got most of the bathroom wet. Had to unplug the tv because it wouldn’t turn off at night. Little black bugs were constantly running along the baseboard. Patrons were loud at like 3am. Washed my face and then I tasted salt so I refused to brush my teeth with that water.

The location is perfect for beachgoers — only a five minute walk to Seminyak beach. The hotel’e street is very lively, kind of honky-tonk, with gay and straight bars. The hotel is set back from the road and is very quiet. I had a very spacious suite. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite sufficient, but could use updating. The pool is large and lovely, and I swam in it every day. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

The personnels where very friendly but the cleanliness of the room was pathetic , clean sheets and towel yes , but the floor, the fridge and the door of the bathroom had so much dirt on it with dust stuck on the door. Also the air conditioning started to leak and the clerk used hour towel to wipe the water on the floor after that the towel was black form the dirty floor… we left early

The check in is fast, and the staff is friendly. He can remember my name the next morning, which is very rare even in those 5 star hotel. All other staff is friendly and helpful too. Wifi is very strong. However. the hotel room is not that clean. There was stain found at the bedsheet, the glass door at the balcony is not working, i can hardly open the glass door. The tap water is salty, and the toilet unable to flush away toilet paper no matter how long i pressed.

We stayed in a standard room on the first floor Pros Staff is very friendly Pool is nice Beds were comfy TV is connectable with Netflix and YouTube ( I stayed here in a deluxe room before and it was much better) Very close to beach, food and shopping Cons The floor tiles made our feet a little dirty. Shower head probably needs fixed it doesn’t have much flow and it was annoying to get sand off from the beach. The outside door to the patio needs realigned it’s hard to open and seems a little hatihati dangerous when opening. Overall the price is good and the staff is very nice I recommend staying in the nicer room though

Great deal for the price!
For the money, it’s a fantastic deal. The location is good. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty dirty. It doesn’t seem like the staff have cleaning supplies/chemicals or do much more than make the bed between guests. My sheets were dirty. the dishes were dirty with food stuck on them, the floor turned the soles of my feet black with grime. I asked the staff for a cleaning supplies and did a once over myself to spruce it up. Lots of things were also broken/malfunctioning in the rooms I stayed in. However, in spite of the bad parts, the place was perfectly comfortable and a fantastic deal for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. Do not stay here. It is nothing like what is advertised and is incredibly run down. The first room I stayed in was dirty with dust, hair and smudges everywhere. The bathroom was covered with scum and when I had a shower the bathroom completely flooded. The next day the power stopped working too and they couldn’t fix it. I was then moved to another room and this room was also unclean, had a leaking toilet and didn’t have hot water coming through the shower. It was truely an awful experience and I’m not someone who usually complains - about anything. I had to find alternative accomodation for the remainder of my trip and when I complained was refused a refund. Negative stars.
