"Zum zweiten Mal im Haus Alpenheim zu Gast fühlten wir uns wieder sehr herzlich willkommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch mit Tipps für Wandertouren wird man bestens versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die moderne, geräumige Küche hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. "The residence is located at very short walking distance from Livigno centre and near to all main sky/bike lifts facilities. Grocery and most shops are also at short walking distance. Apartments are well kept, neat, well furnished and functional. Size is not extremely big but adequate for the scope (2 adults + 2 kids) as you are not supposed to stay much indoor in a place as Livigno. The owner/manager is very friendly, efficient and available to help. "

"Well done---simple, basic , not complicated and as expected. I used the location as a base by which to explore the mountains. Close to some excellent restaurants in Bormeo and elsewhere. BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the room Breakfast cosi cosi, but OK. "I was presently surprised by how lovely this hotel was. The breakfast exceeded expectations as I have been to many 5 stars without the breakfast this hotel offers. The room was very big and overlooked the beautiful scenery. We used the spa facilities which were nice I would say they were just a little small, they could also use a pool or jacuzzi. The steam room had a bit of a smell of mould though."
