We rented the apartment for 8 days which i believe the longest for them to receive any guest. Unfortunately the landlord is hastily wanting us to get out of his property despite check out times stated at 11.00. I had gone many european locations namely swiss ,germany, france but this is the first time despite asking to extend a few hours instead she claimed that the place checkout times is at 9.30am. After receiving VRBO email and showing to her stating its 11.00 checkout time and 3 pm check in, she still insisted that her place checkout times is still 9.30 am and she didnot know why vrbo doing 11.00. She then told me that she is with other web apps too and all mentioned 9.30. I checked exepedia also showing 11.00 subsequently she changes her mind saying i can stay there until that time. We were not happy with the treatment and feeling unwelcome...we went off at 9.30 am too..but the principle is the same...if we wanted to stay longer we are entitled legally to do that but since she is apprehensive towards us we wanted to leave the soonest. The place is nice but secluded...no wonder she didnot want us to know the exact location until the day we arrive as she wants to secure the booking. Also as reminder she is practising "saving mode" so if youre visiting there intending not to take any bath then youre ok to visit this place :(..For the record ,after 2 person taking shower hot water will finish!!! I would suggest to bring all kitchen cleaning appliances when visiting this place as she is obsessed in wanting to clean her kitchen but did not have proper tools for it. The house too didnot have any washing machine or dryer and a bit inconvinient when you are travelling thousand kilometers away. As for the pictures given it may misrepresenting some facts as it looks like the whole house is like privately occupied but in actual fact it has like 3 entrances to it suggesting it is a shared facilities. There is also an ugly looking tower meant for a saw mill factory just adjacent to the house ( belongs to the husband) which to me is horrendous for a holiday house. Other then that the nature surrounding the place is very nice but accessibility is a bit nightmare as the road is dwindling and slopish. If youre driving using 4wd vehicle it will be ok. Hope anyone interested of this unit to consider the above facts before making any decision to stay here. Thank you!
