"The hotel met our needs well. Reception was easy as the person on duty was fluent in English. Other non-english speakers did their best to be helpful .... but it was problematic when we became stuck in the lift. Breakfast was limited, with no coffee readily available the first morning nonetheless ..."

"Clean room but you can not take a shower when there is no hook for the showerhead Not one English channel on TV the second night we could not sleep due to drunken group of people in the hotel"
