"Debbie is as sweet as they come. She goes above and beyond to help. BUT Room 138 had a flooded bathroom and holes burned in the bedding. Moved to 139. The room is horrible. There was no hot water at all. Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going. This is no way to run a motel. "

"The property is poorly maintained. Windows were left unlocked to the room I rented. The linens were soiled. The room advertised a microwave. The microwave was in non working condition and when I asked the clerk I was directed to the nearest convenience store to heat up my food. If it were possible I'd request a full refund and that Expedia reconsiders offering this establishment "

"My wife and I stay in Ely City twice a year. We previously stayed elsewhere, but that place had become run down and tired. The manager also became rude and nasty. Time to find a different place. We tried the Flamingo Inn and we've been coming back every year. The place is filled with route 66 charm. It is clean and the manager pleasant. It is also much cheaper than where we had been staying. My wife and I are looking forward in staying here for years to come."
