"We had a great time at this place. Check in/out were super easy. The unit is big enough for a group of 4. The massage chair was everyone's favorite. "I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

"We stayed here because we were coming from Geoje and it was about a 10 minute walk from Nambu Bus Terminal and close to two metro lines so it was easy to get around to other places in Seoul. It was a comfortable and very nice room with easy check-in and check-out. Quick and easy communication as well. Highly recommend staying here!"

"It wasn’t what I was expecting. Overall it’s an A-ok place to stay for a single traveler. 2 people is quite tight. Room is quite small literally fits a queen bed with probably 5 inch space between the wall and the bed. Bathroom is spacious enough to shower comfortably. It’s not an ideal size but at least you get to move around comfortably. "

"The room was very beautifully decorated and the kids adored the room. When we checked out today, we asked the reception if we could buy the soft toys in the room, the lady was saying it was not for sale. She then surprised the kids by giving them two small soft toys (from the same theme). I did not notice her name as we were rushing for the airport. Thank you to the pretty lady receptionist for the nice gesture (happened at 5:30am on 28 Dec 2024). "
