"There’s almost always someone there to greet you upon arrival or departure and almost everyone spoke English which was helpful for those who don’t speak the native language. "

"Really liked the space and amenities (free water is always a big plus) Location has a lot of local spots and great walkable options such as to the Market or to Lotte Departments Stores. Disliked that they did notngive complimentary razors or skincare unfortunately."

"Front desk staff were always available to help us with storing our luggage and provide directions. Property is modern and clean. We chose to not have housekeeping come into our room but they knocked on our door later in the day to see if we needed towels or other items. Excellent amenities in room. We saw from maps that Gongdeok train station was nearby but found that one of the entrances was just outside the hotel entrance and thus made it so convenient to hop on to the train that took us to the airport! The hotel lobby also had a small 7-11 and a kiosk that made it easy for us to convert Japanese yen we had to Korean won. Would definitely come back when/if we were to return to Seoul."

The only suggestion for improvement is that they should probably include information on the availability of coin operated laundry service at the 6th floor. We were not aware of its existence at all until the last morning of our stay."
