Hotel location is walkable to night market. Room cleanliness still need to improve, there were some small stain on the bed, towel had some hairs from other people. Room is small due to a queen bed a single bed, causing not much path between dining table. Good to have a separation between bed and dining table. Toilet is big, can fit all the luggage in it.

Spacious and confortable bedding. The large table and bench was a great addition in our room. The room itself was quite dusty that caused us to sneeze more than usual for us non-sensitive individuals. There was an air purifier in the room, which helped a little. Bath tub/shower was a war zone as water got everywhere. The bathroom didn't have a place to hang towels. Location was great and the airport bus to Incheon Airport was just steps away. Self checkout was easy and fast. Would recommend for location and convenience.

Really lovely accommodations in the center of Seoul. Not only did I love the bathtub but the waterfall showerhead was also amazing. The hotel room was perfect to relax in after long days spent exploring. I will say the hotel room window was small. I'm not complaining but just sharing.

Must've been a beautiful building when it opened, but you can clearly see the wear and tear of this place. Place is not very clean at all, especially the bathroom. Dust everywhere - under the bed, under the table, bedframe. Walls are also very dirty. I was super itchy after sleeping the first night. Staff was great though in changing my sheets the next day. Great location, and great staff, but probably will choose nearby hotels instead of this one.

Loved that the hotel was between two subway lines, quiet but convenient, breakfast had a good selection. Would recommend, only thing I would suggest is an extra mirror in the room, with extra lighting for the ladies to apply their makeup in the mornings! Other than that excellent stay!

I stayed at this property with my husband for 4 nights and we were assigned a room on the 16th floor which looked like it had some water damage in the bathroom and the room’s interior also looked partially damaged. We could hear heavy footsteps walking above us, so it could do with more soundproofing. The property looks so well-maintained on the exterior that it was quite disappointing to be allocated a room that isn’t looking its best. I don’t think this room should be allocated to guests. Other than the room issue, I liked the location and the staff were helpful. Overall, I would consider other hotel options if I were to come back to Seoul.

We had a great stay at this property. Loved the quirky characters they have around the property and encouraging people to take selfies with several to get a little gift - my daughter loved this (sorry can’t remember characters name but they’re big in Korea). We checked in late (around 11pm) and had an issue with our room (fridge leaking water) and was fixed straight away so attention to their guests was spot on. All staff friendly and welcoming. Only feedback we noticed was some of the bed linen had a few tears (just from wear and tear) but this wasn’t a huge concern as they were small. They also offer their guests a filtered water and ice filling station which was super handy to fill our bottles in first thing for the day.
