New and smart property. Ease of checking in/out. Short distance to Yeouido park, if you’re a fan of nature. Quite a distance to Han river and shopping mall. Overall, it’s a pleasant one night stay for us.

フロントがないと書いてありましたが、実際には地下1階にカウンターがありました。私が利用した時間帯には殆どホテルの方がいらっしゃいました。チェックイン当日は早朝にも関わらず荷物を預かって下さったり、チェックイン時には丁寧に説明して下さったり、大変助かりました。 室内は設備が整っており、清潔さ、静かさ、照明の明るさ、デザインの良さ、広さなど…個人的には全て期待値以上で最高でした！ ワインを購入したところオープナーがなく、カウンターで声をかけると貸して下さいました。日本語の堪能な親切な方で、とても感じが良かったのも嬉しかったです。 機会があれば是非また宿泊したいです。

침구청결상태가 너무 안좋았어요 ㅜㅜ 온몸이 가려워 잠을 잘 못잤고( 타인의 머리카락&체모때문에 경악함) 에어컨디셔너 리모컨을 찾지못해 창문을 열어서 온도 조절을 해야했어요

항상 이용하는 곳입니다. 여기 강추
여기는 여의도 혹은 그 근방 출장 갈 때마다 반드시 이용하는 곳 입니다. 일단, 이 곳의 청결도는 정말 훌륭합니다. 물론 레지던스라 매일 청소를 안 해주기는 하나(3일에 한번) 그럼에도 갈 때마다 시설이나 청소상태는 완벽에 가깝습니다. 정말 깨끗합니다. 그리고, 이 곳은 방마다 스타일러스, 세탁기, 건조기가 준비되어 있어 특히 여름에 아주 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 그 밖에 싱크대 전자레인지 각종 식기 커피머신 인덕션 냉장고(작은 것이 아닌 중급 이상) 등 간단하게 요리를 할 수 있는 준비가 되어 있습니다. 그냥 신축 풀옵션 원룸이라 보시면 됩니다. 등급을 높히면 오피스텔 수준입니다. 하나 아쉬운 것은 화장실에 슬리퍼 하나라도 있었으면 하는데 이건 살짝 아쉽네요. 호텔에서 제공하는 일회용 슬리퍼라도 하나 제공했으면 하는 생각도 있습니다. 여의도 와서 괜히 비싼 호텔에 머물지 마시고 깨끗한 내 방같은 곳에서 숙박 하세요. 앞으로도 이 근처 출장오면 무조건 여기를 이용할 것입니다.
