First time staying in this hotel and love the family room and their facilities. They have a washing machine and smart dryer in the room thus it is very useful for us as we can do our laundry everyday but limited clothing to wash as the dryer can only dry a 2-3 pieces of clothes one at a time. They do have dryer machine at basement which is payable. You can also heat up your food using their microwave oven at basement. Good housekeeping and the room is always clean and tidy when we came back from outside. Staff are friendly and the hotel lobby smell good. Hotel is just opposite of Namdaemun Market and walking distance to Myeongdong street. The only downside is they don't provide free service for storing luggage but you can pay to keep your luggage in their storage space at basement. Highly recommend this hotel as it is definitely value for money and very affordable. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Seoul.

I loved staying here! I came directly from the airport (get the airport limo--it drops you off right across the street, so it's a five-minute walk from the stop to the hotel), so it was nice to get settled in easily and early. The staff are super friendly and speak English really well if you aren't fluent in Korean. The hotel is spotlessly clean (smelled amazing and loved the provided shampoo and conditioner) and really cozy with plenty of space (I was travelling solo)--loved the heating system! I also loved having my own little balcony. The location is excellent--walking and bus distance to lots of attractions (Namdaemun market is basically right across the street), but the hotel, itself, is nice and quiet. The area is tourist-friendly, without being "touristy," with lots of options for shopping and eating (the restaurant next door was delicious and affordable, with lovely staff), and I felt totally safe walking around even late at night as a solo female. Great value for money. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, Stay Classic!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is near a lot of transport links as well with buses outside the hotel and subway entrances within a 10 minute walk. Staying there you are walking distance to Myeongdong and a 25min walk from Seoul Station.

The photos advertised indicated that we would have a royal suit. Typically that means a very superior apartment. The room was small and the bathroom almost unusable in that you could not close the bathroom door if on the toilet. The bed was only a double bed. Overall this hotel did not meet many of my expectations and I wished I had of paid to stay in a brand hotel.

I booked this hotel based on reviews & a lot of research & for me, it didn't disappoint. It's almost an hour from Incheon. I took bus #6015 from Terminal 2 which wasn't hard to locate at all. This hotel is right in the heart of Myeongdong, very discreet but accessible. Bonus is that the bus stop where you take the airport bus 6001 from the hotel back to Incheon is just a few steps from the entrance. Just fyi though, when you get off the bus from the airport, there is no pedestrian crossing close to the hotel but the underground crosswalk is right by the bus stop. Be well informed that you are to carry your luggage underground to cross & up again right in front of the hotel entrance. Getting to Namdaemun market is a short walk from there. If you're a first timer like me, Naver and Kakao maps are your friend. Shinsegae Duty Free is just right across the street. Taking a cab or transit is very easy, just go out & there it is! The room is very clean & they do housekeeping everyday, just make sure you push the "Makeup Room" button on your master switch. They provide fresh towels, slippers, & bottled water when they clean your room. My room had a washer which was very convenient since I did my laundry every other day on the 2 weeks that I stayed. Detergent is ₩1000 at reception. Everyone at reception was very friendly and helpful. Special shoutouts to Yuri, Crystal, Jay, & Han. I had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for taking care of me! I'll see you soonest!

Nice and clean hotel, great location, close to street markets but bad service… we got there 2 hours earlier than check in time, they charge for luggage holding in their lockers when all other hotels provide for free. They also charge for early check in which is what we opted.

The hotel is really convenient and near the myeongdong shopping district. Room is very spacious as well. The receptionist is very friendly and well-versed in English. I definitely recommend staying here and will be glad to stay here again if I'm back in korea
