I am regularly travel to Seoul for work and this is maybe my 4th stay at UH flat. This property ticks all the boxes for my needs. Convinient location, cleanness, very effective communication and professional staff. The house is very clean and modern. Everything is perfect except for one thing: it is very noisy. We woke up several times during the night because of people fighting and screaming at the hallway.

The unit next to us had parties every night and we could hear everything. One night it was loud music and voices until 530am. UH could do nothing because they didn’t own the unit next to us. They didn’t inform us that our neighbour wasn’t part of UH until we complained about the noise. The front desk staff barely speak English and use a translator app when communicating with you through WhatsApp. Unit was clean but the late night extreme noise is inexcusable.
