This place should have been the best place in the world to stay but, the complex is on the flight path and unless you can sleep through constant airplanes flying over this is not for you. Also the "hot food" was Luke warm or cold. We did not received the room we had booked. queen was downgraded to a single due to overbooking.

It’s unusual to find a resort style property near a major airport. This hotel delivers that. Beautiful layout with pools , gym, restaurants and bars. We were given the wrong shuttle schedule which got us off to a bad start but the hotel improved our mood as soon as we arrived. Food was excellent.

There was nothing manifestly bad about this property, except the food. Service was reasonably good and the buildings were in good condition. Guests should be aware however, that the actual rooms in which people stay are disconnected from the main lobby building. The guest room buildings look as if they were originally built as military barracks or perhaps prison blocks. This is not to say that they are in bad condition, they are simply laid out in the manner of an institution rather than a place of rest and relaxation. When it's raining, the distance from the main building can be somewhat annoying. Finally, as other reviewers have noted, the food quality is extremely poor. It simply tastes bad. Presentation is good and the servers try to do their best. Unfortunately and quite incongruous to other places in Malaysia, many of the servers struggle with English. Overall, cost performance was good because the brooms were reasonably priced and clean.

The hotel is overall very good. Nice, environmental friendly, clean and new. The only issue is that if you were assigned the most remote room, you may need to walk over 5 minutes from lobby to your room.
