Beautiful relaxing spot
A very well appointed and charming small house on a steep bank with delightful terraces on the path down to a tiny beach, and beautiful views of the sea thro the trees. We were 3 adults from 60-75, and glad to be agile enough for the steep path. Everything was in good shape and as promised except that the barbecue was not functioning, and the gas fire was hard to light, but the host was helpful on the phone to remedy that: and we could not find the hair dryer. That being said, we would all be happy to go back again.

Amazing and Relaxing
Our family had had a couple very stressful weeks leading up to our stay. Once we arrived, we all, very quickly, found a place to relax. Usually when we stay someplace, we take the time to explore the town/city area around our rental. During this trip, we spent 90% of our stay at the rental, just enjoying the trees, the bay, the hot tub and the couch/recliners.

Would go back
We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was lived in but nice, and very clean. 4 stars instead of 5 because the hot tub controls were weird and we had to call and have the handy man come out to set it to the correct temperature; and as others have mentioned, the traffic noise from 101 is pretty significant when you’re outside. Inside with the windows closed it was fine, though. The house is very close to the neighboring house, but is mostly screened by trees so it still feels private. The shower is a little frustrating because a good portion of the water comes out the tub spout when you’re trying to take a shower as well. But overall it was great and we’d definitely go back! The bottle of wine was a very nice touch and was appreciated. The property manager was very responsive and helpful and gave great service.

We had a satisfactory stay. The hot tub was set to 80° when we arrived. We reset the temperature and it was hot when we went to use it a couple days later, but we then realized it was too dirty to use. We were quite disappointed! We let the rental company know, but they didn't send anyone to service it. We never got a chance to try it. If you can, walk down to the bay (many steps) to see the sunrise and bring binoculars. There will likely be a few ducks to observe. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The area is worth seeing. Don't miss the Olympic Game Farm!

The rooms and whole house was fantastic. The yard and pathways down to the water are adorable -- Like out of a book. We had a magical time and loved the views, the water, the fireplace, the kids room, and the fireplace! The main downside, as others have mentioned, is the bed is definitely not fun unless you like very firm mattresses.

We love this area and were thrilled to stay in such a sweet spot. Thank you for making it so clean. It felt Covid free which added to our relaxation. We tried to leave it the same way by wiping down surfaces and spraying lysol. Stay safe! VRBO was much more user friendly than ABNB! Glad we went with it.

Enchanting cove
My little family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was an excellent location with privacy but close to town and attraction. The space was easy to manage a very mobile 14 month old in which was also a plus. The description mentioned a complimentary bottle of wine which was not there but that’s fine, I brought my own. The main downside was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. My husband has a sensitive back, but I don’t, and we both struggled to get a good nights rest as it was extremely firm and we woke up sore. We enjoyed the hot tub a great deal and the space was extremely clean and comfy. I would stay here again, just maybe with a mattress topper.

Beautiful cabin
Great stay. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Well stocked kitchen and linens provided. Beautiful home in the woods with a view of the water through the trees. Enjoyed the hot tub and played board games that were provided. A DVD player with some movies (although only a few selections for the kids). Gas fireplace. Trail down to the water, steep in spots for anyone who has trouble walking, but fine for the adults and our kids (aged 7 and 9). Young kids would definitely need to be supervised going down the stairs to the beach. At low tide the beach has lots to see, pick up the rocks and lots of small crabs come out, there's clams, mussels, oysters, concs. Sometimes you can see seals in the water and we saw bats at dusk. There's a really great bike trail nearby, it's close to a large park, and Dungeness Spit is about a 20 min drive. We had a really wonderful visit. Thank you for your great hospitality.
