"We enjoyed our stay at the Canal Home. Everything we needed was provided for. It was exceptionally clean and orderly. The location, surrounds and views were beautiful. The only disappointment was bringing your own sheets and towels. I can understand why this would be a requirement in regard to washing, workload and costs etc etc, but with the price we paid I thought it could have been included. $275 per night plus 150 cleaning fee. "

"We were disappointed with issues we found when we arrived at the property. There were numerous items that needed fixing around the property light globes where blown, door handles loose, towel racks hanging off their hinges. When we mentioned that the spare gas bottle was empty, we were told to take it to the service station, and have it filled giving them the receipt and funds would be reimbursed. Sorry not good enough! We paid top money for this holiday only to find that your cleaner was not...
