"Everything nice smooth and easy"

"O Hotel é antigo, mas reformado. O quarto é muito bom, colchão excelente, ótima localização, funcionários super prestativos. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado, mas fomos atendidos imediatamente e solucionado o problema. Café da manhã muito bom. Tenho apenas uma observação. O enxoval, como toalhas, roupas de cama e travesseiros, também precisam ser renovados. Estavam lavados e limpos, mas as roupas de cama com muito cheiro de suor impregnado. Dormi mal por isso, apesar do colchão ser...

"The price was decent and you get what you pay for. The staff was courteous and helpful. Beds were not too comfortable and the fridge was stocked with warm drinks. Pool was nice."

"The Blue Tree Towers is just across the street from a large local park and a 10 minute walk from the Amalia Franco Mall with plenty of “upscale” stores! The rooms are very nice, but the bathrooms are very small, which is my only complaint! "

"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made...

"Good location."

"It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."
