"Arianna was a wonderful host, very communicative and responsive on the few occasions that we needed her assistance. It is a traditional house in a very quiet suburb of Copeterra so ideal for a relaxing stay. The house is well equipped. A car is essential to reach Cagliari, the good beaches, restraints and sites. The ongoing roadworks cause a diversion and delay but hopefully they will be completed soon."

"The host was kind and the property was clean but the location wasn't great and aspects of the property were not good. I didn't feel safe, the property wasn't secure and could be easily broken into with doors and windows that opened from outside and no lock. There were also no curtains just thin see through sheets on the window. The location wasn't great. Right next to a main road. Very noisy but also nothing close by. No shops or restaurants and transportation other than driving poor. "

Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. "This was an excellent property and I enjoyed it fully. The staff were excellent and attentive. The major downside was the lack of cooking facilities which are advertised when booking the room. A wooden board covered the hob with a note saying that the hob couldn’t be used. There was no sign of a microwave either. The cost of going out to eat added up and was an expense I hadn’t budgeted for. "

The only issue was that the description on Expedia says there is parking available, but the only available parking is paid street parking or paid parking at the train station or ferry docks. The hotel provided a parking pass for a reduced rate, which was appreciated. The parking lot is close by."
