"Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The hotel is on a side street off of a very attractive plaza called Place Victor Hugo. This is an older building and it shows to some degree, but was very clean and the breakfast room was particularly nicely decorated. Staff was accommodating and helpful. "Lovely B&B with amazing views over Sète and to the sea. Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. We had a family room which was spacious with balcony and large bathroom. Breakfast was very ample and tasty. It wasn’t the easiest to work out how to access the property by car, especially as it’s on a very steep hill, but once installed parking was secure and easy to get in and out. "This was a lovely stay. The owners were very welcoming and happy to give ideas of what to do etc. the room was spacious and well decorated. Swimming pool is always welcome and the outdoor area was a lovely space for breakfast. Only issue for me was the parking as space is limited and my hire car was not easy to manoeuvre! Sete is a busy town in the Summer but with 12 Kim’s of beach it was easy to find a quiet area"

Clever beds have luggage storage underneath, and a Nespresso machine is a nice touch.
